Cancellation & Refund Policy

Appointments are reserved specifically for each client. This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refund requests are handled.

1. Rescheduling

Please contact us as early as possible if you need to move an appointment. We will make a reasonable effort to offer another available time.

2. Cancellations

Any cancellation terms, deposits, or fees will be explained before payment is accepted. Services already delivered are generally not refundable.

3. Missed Appointments

A missed appointment may be treated as completed when time was reserved and no advance notice was provided. Exceptions may be considered for emergencies.
